Terms of Service for LeaderClimbLab

1. Introduction

Welcome to LeaderClimbLab, provider of Executive Training services. By accessing or using our site, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

"Services" include customized training sessions, coaching, and live workshops under the Executive Training theme.

2.1 Scheduling and Changes

Clients may adjust session dates up to 10 days prior to the first session without extra charges. Change requests can be submitted via our Contact Form.

2.2 Cancellation and Refund

If a cancellation occurs at least 7 days before the first session, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days. For cancellations made less than 7 days in advance, a 50% administrative fee applies. No refund is available for on-demand group events already delivered, due to seat confirmation and resource allocation.

3. Digital Products

"Digital Products" are downloadable items such as e-books, recorded courses, and templates.

3.1 Access and Downloads

Access is granted upon purchase completion. Ensure device compatibility before downloading.

3.2 Refund Policy

Refund requests for Digital Products must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Upon approval, digital access will be deactivated. Refund processing may take up to 10 days.

4. Physical Goods

"Physical Goods" are printed workbooks and branded materials delivered by shipping carriers.

4.1 Shipping

Items ship within 5 business days of purchase.

4.2 Send-Back and Refund

Clients must send back unused goods in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Shipping arrangements and expenses are the client’s responsibility. After inspecting the returned items, a refund will be issued within 14 days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Limitation of Liability

LeaderClimbLab is not liable for indirect damages arising from service use. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service.

6. Changes to Terms

LeaderClimbLab may modify these terms at any time. The most recent version is effective as of 2025.
